Terms of service
- Scope
- These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through the Canvora online store, operated by Ahmetcan Yöntem, Helene-Heimer-Str. 26, 94333 Geiselhöring, Germany ("Seller"), by consumers and businesses ("Customer").
2. Conclusion of Contract
Product presentations in the online store do not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Buy" or "Pay now" button, the Customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods in the shopping cart. The contract is concluded when the Seller accepts the order by sending an order confirmation email or by shipping the goods.
3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices in euros and include statutory VAT. Any additional shipping costs are displayed during checkout and explained on our Shipping page.
4. Delivery
Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the Customer. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the delivery time is generally 7-14 business days. Partial deliveries are permitted where reasonable for the Customer; no additional shipping costs arise from this.
5. Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered during checkout. The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our Return and Refund Policy.
8. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
9. Dispute Resolution
The Seller is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
10. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law only applies to the extent that it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence. Should individual provisions of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
