§ 1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the Canvora online shop (canvora-5.myshopify.com) of Ahmetcan Yöntem, Helene-Heimer-Str. 26, 94333 Geiselhöring (hereinafter "Seller") by consumers and entrepreneurs (hereinafter "Customer").
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
The product presentations in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. By clicking the "Buy" or "Buy now" button, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the goods in the shopping cart. The contract is concluded when the seller accepts the order by means of an order confirmation by e-mail or dispatches the goods.
§ 3 Prices and shipping costs
All prices quoted are final prices in euros and include the statutory value added tax. Any additional shipping costs will be shown in the order process and explained on the "Shipping & Delivery" page.
§ 4 Delivery
Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer. Unless otherwise stated for the product, the delivery time is generally 7–14 working days. Partial deliveries are permissible, provided this is reasonable for the customer; no additional shipping costs will be incurred as a result.
§ 5 Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the order process. The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract.
§ 6 Retention of title
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.
§ 7 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the cancellation policy.
§ 8 Warranty
The statutory liability for defects applies.
§ 9 Dispute resolution
The seller is not willing and not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
§ 10 Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state of the consumer's habitual residence is not withdrawn thereby. Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
